The ISO 14001: 2015 certification is a pro-environmental commitment that defines a series of specific requirements for the implementation of an environmental management system allowing our guests to relax in an idyllic setting while protecting the environment.

The certification of the conformity of its processes to the requirements of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), is a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes of meals and drinks that can cause the finished product to be unsafe and designs measures to reduce these risks to a safe level.
