It was a great honor to announce that the Hotel Club du Lac Tanganyika achieved the ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001: 2015 (the Environmental Management System) certifications. This was the result of an in-depth audit led by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS), partner of the IQNET network.
The obtaining of these certificates is the result of the efforts made to offer a quality service to our customers in the respect of the environment.
Among the partners of the IQNET network, the Hotel Club du Lac Tanganyika is the first African company to obtain these two types of certificates in their 2015 version and the first Hotel in the Region to be certified for its compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
The management of the Hotel Club du Lac Tanganyika thanks all its partners for their loyalty who accompanied us all the way leading to this important step, to which we arrived thanks to the commitment of our staff and also thanks to the different suggestions and recommendations we had from our kind customers.
